Overview
This site (boldfoxcreative.com) is operated by Bold Fox Creative, based in Ontario, Canada. I offer custom Squarespace website design, strategy-driven design services, and select digital resources. All content, designs, and materials are original works, owned and protected by Bold Fox Creative unless otherwise stated.
Use of Site + Content
All content on this site is for your personal or business use as agreed in your service contract. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit any part of the site, including layouts, design elements, or copy, without written permission.
Services + Payment
Custom web design services are governed by separate project contracts, which must be reviewed and signed prior to work beginning.
Deposits: All service deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations: If a cancellation request is made before project kickoff, a partial refund may be considered at my discretion. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
Final Payment: Full payment is required as outlined in your signed agreement before the final website is transferred or made live.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely delivery, clients are responsible for providing content, assets, and feedback within agreed timelines. Delays in receiving materials may impact delivery schedules.
Support + Modifications
Once a project is complete, any additional changes, troubleshooting, or updates will be billed at the current hourly or packaged rate unless otherwise stated in your contract. Bold Fox Creative is not responsible for issues caused by third-party modifications or platform updates beyond my control.
Limitation of Liability
I take care to provide high-quality, strategic design services. However, Bold Fox Creative is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from use of the site or services. I make no guarantees that designs will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every use case or platform change.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. By continuing to use this site or services, you accept any revised terms. Last updated: August 11, 2025
