We start with a discovery call to understand your vision, goals, and requirements. From there, you receive a detailed proposal outlining scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and investment.

Strategy & Design
Using what we learned, your website structure, content direction, and visual design are created directly in Squarespace. You review the design and provide feedback through 1–2 revision rounds to ensure everything aligns with your brand and objectives.

Build & Polish
Once the design is approved, the rest of the site is built out in Squarespace, including core pages, basic SEO settings, and key integrations (like forms or calendar links). Final checks ensure the site looks and functions smoothly on standard devices and screen sizes.

Handover & Support
After your sign-off, you receive a guided walkthrough or recorded training so you know how to update your site confidently. For a limited period after launch, you have access to email support for minor tweaks and questions as you get comfortable managing your new site.
